                                                          Merry Christmas!

Liquidity will be tight, but there is still time for bond trading before the year is over.  Low liquidity times can cause quite a bit of volatility in the market which could be your friend for trading opportunities.  If you have cash to put to work, look for deals when everyone else is out to lunch on holiday.  1.95% on the UST 10 year note has been tough to rise above, so the market looks cheap right now and could be heading for a rally after the New Year.

Below is the bond market schedule for the holiday season.
December 24th – Early close at 1pm CT
December 25th – Closed
December 26th-31st – Regular hours
January 1st – Closed

We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!
