Quarter End Cash
 
Several of our customers have entered the Brokered CD market to raise cash for quarter end.  There are approximately 350 offerings currently in the market across the curve with more expected as we get closer to June.  Increased supply has driven up the cost of issuance and can make it harder to get filled. The most popular maturity dates have been 6, 9 and 12 months. As you can see in the graph below, those maturities are saturated with offerings. For those still looking to raise cash, our recommendation is to enter the market sooner rather than later and try to pick an off the run month to increase visibility to your issue.  Please call your CCB Representative to discuss.
