212 Degrees

“At 211 degrees water is hot.

At 212 degrees it boils.

It is just that one degree of difference.

And with boiling water comes steam and with steam you can power a train.”

This is from a book and DVD called 212 The Extra Degree by Sam Parker.  It can be a great resource to use in your staff meeting in January to start your year and gain the focus on what you want to accomplish in 2018.

This book reminds us that Success in anything has one fundamental aspect:  Effort.

Extra Effort.

As 2017 comes to a close, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday!

All the Best in 2018 in applying that one degree of Extra Effort.

Mike
