CRA Investments?

If you have a need for CRA Investments to fulfil your requirements for 2017,  time is running short to get these pools created this year. It takes time to find the loans and get the FNMA wrapper in place. So if this is something you can use, please let us know so we can get to work on this for you.

CRA pools typically are 30 year mortgage loans to low/moderate income borrowers and qualify  for CRA credit. We have good contacts in most of the communities you serve, and can often find loans to fit this purpose, but it takes time, so the more lead time you can give us, the more successful we can be in getting this done.
